Activate Masters is a strength training program for 'all' older adults. 

We incorporate barbell, kettlebell and dumbbell strength and power exercises to improve our clients functional ability.

Our program works for clients who have:

  • Osteoporosis or Osteopenia

  • Osteoarthritis
